Terms and Conditions of Personal Data Processing

1. Provision of information by the Customer:

1.1. When registering on the website pro.delo-logistics.com, as well as when using the website www.delo-logistics.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), the Customer provides the following information:

Surname, first name, e-mail address. When placing an Order, the Customer may provide the following information: surname, first name, patronymic of the recipient of the Order, address for delivery of the Order, contact telephone number.

1.2. By submitting his/her personal data, the Customer agrees to their processing (until the Customer withdraws his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data) by Delo Logistics LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), for the purposes of fulfilment by the Seller and/or its partners of their obligations to the Customer, provision of services, provision of reference information, as well as agrees to receive advertising and information messages and service messages. When processing the Customer’s personal data, the Seller is guided by the Federal Law “On Personal Data”, the Federal Law “On Advertising” and local regulatory documents.

1.2.1. If the Customer wishes to clarify his/her personal data, block or destroy them in case the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, or in case the Customer wishes to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data or to eliminate unlawful actions of Delo Logistics LLC in relation to his/her personal data, he should send an official request to the Seller via the e-mail addresses published on the Website.

If the Customer wishes to delete his/her account on the Site, the Customer shall contact his/her account manager with a request to that effect. This action does not imply withdrawal of the Customer’s consent to the processing of his/her personal data, which according to the applicable laws takes place in the manner provided for in paragraph 1 of this clause.

1.3. Use of information provided by the Customer and received by the Seller.

1.3.1 The Seller uses the data provided by the Customer during the entire period of the Customer’s registration on the Website for the following purposes:

  • registration/authorization of the Customer on the Site;
  • processing of the Customer’s Orders and fulfilment of its obligations to the Customer;
  • carrying out activities to promote goods and services;
  • evaluation and analysis of the performance of the Site;
  • determination of the winner of the promotions organized by the Seller;
  • analysis of the Customer’s purchasing characteristics and provision of personal recommendations;
  • information of the Customer about promotions, discounts and special offers through electronic and SMS mailings.

1.3.2. The Seller may send advertising and information messages to the Customer. If the Customer does not wish to receive advertising and information messages from the Seller, he/she should change the relevant subscription settings in the relevant section of the Personal Area located at www.pro.delo-logistics.com. From the time the above settings are changed, the receipt of the Seller’s mailings is possible within 3 days due to the peculiarities of operation and interaction of information systems, as well as the terms of contracts with counterparties that send advertising and information messages in the interests of the Seller. The cancellation of the Customer from receiving service messages is impossible due to technical reasons. Service messages are those sent to the e-mail address specified when registering on the Site, as well as via SMS messages and/or push-notifications and via Customer Service to the telephone number specified when registering and/or placing an Order, about the status of the Order.

2. Provision and transfer of information received by the Seller:

2.1. The Seller undertakes not to transfer the information received from the Customer to third parties. It shall not be deemed violation for the Seller to provide information to agents and third parties acting in accordance with an agreement with the Seller to fulfil obligations to the Customer and only within the framework of agreements. It shall not be deemed violation of this clause for the Seller to transfer data about the Customer to third parties in anonymized form for the purposes of evaluating and analyzing the work of the Website, analyzing the Customer’s purchasing characteristics and providing personal recommendations.

2.2. It shall not be deemed a breach of obligations to transfer information in accordance with reasonable and applicable requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation.

2.3. The Seller may use “cookies” technology. “Cookies” do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.

2.4. The Seller receives information about the IP-address of the visitor of the Website www.pro.delo-logistics.com and information about the link from which website the visitor has come. This information is not used to identify the identity of the visitor.

2.5. The Seller shall not be held liable for the information provided by the Customer on the Site in a publicly available form.

2.6. When processing personal data, the Seller takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data.

3. Storage and use of information by the Customer

3.1. The Customer undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password used by him/her for identification on the online service www.pro.delo-logistics.com.

3.2. The Customer undertakes to ensure due diligence when storing and using the login and password (including, but not limited to: use licensed anti-virus software, use complex alphanumeric combinations when creating a password, do not make available to third parties a computer or other equipment with the Customer’s login and password entered on it, etc.)

3.3. If the Seller suspects that the Customer’s account has been used by a third party or malicious software, the Seller may unilaterally change the Customer’s password.
